Over the wind-swept grass plain the shadows, of the white mountains in the sky, glide.

Grasping her metal quarterstaff, a bow and a short sword tightly against her body, our traveller passes through hip-high grass, once in a while quenching her thirst under the warm summer sun. Not far off, the welcoming shadow of a forest spreads out. Following a small dirt path traversing through a forest, brushing aside the wild plant life, our traveller makes her way. The green rooftop thickening, her eyes accustom themselves and spot nearby an opening ahead.

Breaking out of the trees, she stumbles upon a blue sparkling shallow lake. Multiple small herds of mechanical creatures wandering between small islands of land. A view to behold! Calmly the water glistens in the sun, our traveller rests her gear against a tree, sits down and gazes upon this serene scene. A rare moment of bliss.

The TTRPG show THE FORBIDDEN LANDS was a show run by TABLESTORY. The System being used for this show is Cypher System. At this point, The Forbidden Lands is already finished being aired live, but YouTube VODs, Twitch VODs and Podcasts are available.

Through the wilds, we embark with the Guest GM and cast members on their quest leading into the western part of the lands. The crew deliver a great performance and wear beautiful costumes. In a world full of dangers trust is not easily gained. It is a pleasure to delve and immerse oneself into this world. Who wouldn't like to imagine facing down a metal construct, each waiting for the other to make the first move?
