His gaze, distant and calm, is fixated on the water reflection, dancing on the ceiling. With the pills taking their full effect, he lies in the water letting his thoughts adrift. After some time two vents, connected to the side of the tube, are opened and spew out more water, and three electric eels. The surprised patient moves his hands slowly and strengthless to fend off the creatures, yet with one quick snap, one of the eel's bites into his forearm. The cameras capture the turmoil ensuing in the tube, full of reddening water and the twitching bodies.

In front of the surveillance monitors, the observers evaluate the patient's vitals and hope for any unusual responses. Nothing! The visiting lead-observer grunts in dissatisfaction. Hopefully, the next tests will be more promising. In a few days, he will visit the next facility to oversee the newly admitted patients' treatments. By that time the funds for an electric eel tank should have been granted for that facility, too. Unless, the funding department cut the funds, again.
