The body collapses to the ground, the life is snuffed out by the heavy boot crushing the neck. The blood-soaked fists uncurl. Satisfied laughs are exchanged, the little party continues their way through the city.

Navigating through the smoke-filled streets, they head up towards the old stonewall building. Once in a while one of the tall, slender figures looks down, gives an encouraging smile, lacking sincerity, and lightly pushes their guest before them.

The approaching heavy boots echo off the big oak double doors, hands extend pushing the doors inwards letting them loudly thud against the inside walls. The escorted guest hesitantly moves in the direction of the person at the far end of the building, which has extended its arms in a welcoming manner. The light diminishes as the doors are drawn closed by the leaving tall, slender figures, exchanging whispers of curiosity with each other.

The TTRPG show MISTLIGHT was a show run by TABLESTORY. The system, being used for this show is D&D 5e. At this point, Mistlight is already finished being aired, but YouTube VODs, Twitch VODs and Podcasts are available.

A once old and unfinished story has received new life, by the GM. Through the thick mist, the cast members and viewers only catch glimpses of ghastly creatures and little beacons of safety. The unpleasant feeling, that eyes are gazing at them from the mist, cannot be shaken off. Maybe not all secrets hidden in the mists should be woken or unveiled. An intriguing story with great roleplay of the cast members and of the GM propel the journey forward.
